Darren M. Geliebter’s expertise in trademark law includes over ten years of experience providing strategic trademark counseling. His practice consists of managing domestic and foreign trademark portfolios, trademark clearance and prosecution, representation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation, and domain name registration and disputes, including UDRP and ACPA actions.
